Rules for participation

Participation to the event is free. Registration is mandatory.

Remote as well as on-site participation to the workshop is possible.

​

DUE TO THE OUSTANDING NUMBER OF REQUESTS FOR ON-SITE PARTICIPATION AND THE COVID-19  RESTRICTIONS ON ROOM OCCUPATION, REGISTRATION IS NOW POSSIBLE ONLY FOR REMOTE PARTICIPATION.

Researchers who participate to the workshop can submit their abstract to be published, upon evaluation of the organizing committee, in a Frontiers ebook. Send your abstract (1 word page and 1 figure maximum) to the following email address brincowo21@gmail.com.

Remote participation will take place via Microsoft Teams - a link will be sent to participants who specify "remote attendance"at the time of registration .

On-site participation requires exhibiting a Green Pass valid at the European and/or Italian level. Body temperature will be measured at the entrance. Access will be granted if the body temperature is below 37.5 °C.

It is possible to reach the venue by car (see Maps in the Contacts section), by taxi, and by bus lines 7 or 9, direction "Gottardi", stop "Gottardi". By train, it is possible to reach Modena train station and then take either of the bus lines above (both stop at the train station). From the city center, it takes approximately 15 minutes to reach the workshop venue by bus.

Participation to the Social Dinner (to be indicated at registration time) requires a 52 € fee to be paid cash on-site, that includes transportation to/from the venue of the Social Dinner.
